Before a return

Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference, a clear description of the issue and supporting photos or video where relevant. Do not send a device back without return instructions from our team.

Assessment

Used devices can show normal cosmetic wear. A return assessment considers the condition disclosed before purchase, the reported issue, evidence provided and whether the device has been altered, damaged or misused after delivery.

Refund handling

Where a refund is approved, the amount and method will be confirmed in writing after the returned item is received and assessed. This policy does not limit rights that apply under Nigerian consumer law.

• Back up and remove personal data before returning a device.
• Include supplied accessories unless instructed otherwise.
• Keep return and delivery evidence until the case is closed.
